Erica Alexander Leeling, originally from New Orleans, now lives on the Northshore of Lake Pontchartrain. She has enjoyed a long career in the fitness industry and feels fortunate to work with people every day encouraging them to embrace health and fitness into their lives. In addition to fitness, Erica has also had a lifetime appreciation of fine art. This influenced her own private collection of paintings, which eventually led her to pursue her dream of becoming an artist.
As a self-taught artist, Erica’s feelings and passion are translated onto the canvas based on her own visions and inspirations. She draws inspiration from the sensory experiences of every day life. Most of her work is abstract and large-scale, using a myriad of materials that enhance her paintings with color and texture. She continues to expand her offerings based on constant exploration and experimentation, hoping to evoke an emotional response to her art.
